Delicious Breakfast for the Non-breakfast Eater

I know to get my metabolism going I need to eat. I'm not always hungry in the morning or have a lot of time to make something. One of my favorite snack companies had come up with a solution!

I first came across the breakfast bars while at Whole Foods, stocking up on airplane food. I travel a lot for my day job and am always in need of easy, on the go snacks for my trips. The airlines don't always provide a nice gluten free option.

I bought these at Raley's, my local grocery store. As of right now, I have only found these two flavors. I must confess, the peanut butter one is my favorite.

There's 2 mini bars to a package.


I will admit, they are a little high in the calories and carbs, however, since I eat them right before training, I burn it off. They are perfect fuel before training.
I am so happy to see the Kind bars adding new products to their amazing lineup. I love their bars, squares, granola and now their breakfast bars!
Did I mention that they go great with coffee? Enjoy!
