Delicious gluten free bison stroganoff

Bison meat is really tasty. And way healthier than beef. I really wanted some beef stroganoff that was delicious, easy and somewhat healthy. Enter Pinterest, but I made some modifications.

Here's the recipe:
Gluten free organic delicious bison stroganoff
1 bag of tinkyada spiral noodles-prepared
1 pacific organic condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg of French onion dip mix by simply organic
1/2 cup of sour cream
Garlic salt
1 lb ground bison
1 yellow onion diced
I pkg of white mushrooms
Big spoonful of minced garlic
Garlic infused olive oil or oil of choice
Cook noodles
Sauce:
Sauté mushrooms, onion and minced garlic in garlic infused olive oil
Add bison and cook through. Drain if needed
And garlic salt (I didn't measure it) and French onion dip mix. Stir. Add in condensed soup and stir.
Once noodles are cooked, add sour cream to meat mixture.
Return drained noodles to pot and stir in meat mixture and enjoy.
